Kikisfitkitchen provides coaching/personal training to people looking to improve their health, physical fitness, athletic performance and overall well-being though personalized programs in exercise and nutrition. We believe food and exercise are some the best forms of medicine. There will always be changing and contradicting fitness fads out there that leave many people confused or unsure about what is personally best for them. Kikisfitkitchen comes from an honest, science-rooted background and training, a holistic approach to bring people the changes in their health and lifestyle that they seek, and provides tools such as knowledge and do-able habits to equip clients to maintain their fitness upgrades on their own. The importance of the individual is not taken lightly here, as we believe fitness and nutritional coaching is not a one-program-fits-all approach. We work with YOUR body and YOUR needs to customize a do-able, enjoyable, and rewarding experience in the process of  reaching great results.
